Specifications:
1,WS series reducer are based on the building block desing, so it’s convenient for them to fit all types of motors or other power input. The same type of combine can fit motors with different power, so that it’s possible for different types of machines to combine or connect.
2,WS series column worm speed reducer is a combination of oblique gear and worm gear stages, whose maximum stand-alone efficiency can reach up to 89%.
3,Precise division of transmission ratio with a wide range. The combination of machines can produce a larger transmission ratio at a low output rotate speed.
4,Various ways of installation. Foot mounted, B5 flange-mounted, or B14 flanged mounted.
Working Environment:
1,Working temperature: -40~50°c( the lubrication should be heated above 0°c if the machine works below 0°c)
2,The altitude of working place should be lower than 1000 meters.
3,The input rotate speed should not exceed 1800rpm. The circumferential speed of the gear should not exceed 20m/s.
4,Suitable for normal-reverse rotation.

FAQ
1, Why the noise of gearbox has been more large??
There are three reason for this problem. One is the teeth of gears was got damaged; The second is the clearance of bearings could be too big. The last one, you should
check the bearing to see if it is damaged.
2, Why the working temperature of gearbox become too high??
The lubrication oil filling level is too high, adjust the oil level.
Check if the oil is used too long, and replace it if necessary.
Oil is polluted seriously.
3, How to dispose for oil leaking of gear unit??
There are bad connection for sealing at cover place.
The shaft seal is damaged.
